Employment Type: 12 months renewable contract subject to conversion
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0830 to 1800
Work Location: Changi
Your main duties and responsibilities shall include, but not limited, to the following:
– Attend to incidents reports, log incidents or service requests in system and work on resolving level 1 incidents within given timeline
– Monitoring console and provide remote/site support
– Resolve level 1 incident
– Conduct regular site walk and inspection to identify and check equipment condition or to resolve issues
– Escort relevant parties in supporting the related incidents and work with Manager in resolving issues
– Attend to incoming emails, provide responses timely to ensure proper closure of issues raised
– Any other tasks as assigned
Requirement:
Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering / IT field of studies
• A good team player and eager to learn
• Willing to work on shifts
