TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (12 hours shift, Renewable Contract)
Nearest MRT: Changi Airport
Your main duties and responsibilities shall include, but not limited, to the following:
• Attend to incidents reports, log incidents or service requests in system and work on resolving level 1 incidents within given timeline
• Monitoring console and provide remote/site support
• Resolve level 1 incident
• Conduct regular site walk and inspection to identify and check equipment condition or to resolve issues
• Escort relevant parties in supporting the related incidents and work with Manager in resolving issues
• Attend to incoming emails, provide responses timely to ensure proper closure of issues raised
• Any other tasks as assigned
Requirement:
• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering / IT field of studies
• A good team player
• Willing to work on shifts
